If there was a genre out there called 'Clark Ashton Synth', this would certainly be the flagship. Each track uniquely captures the individual essence of each story, as well as Smith's overarching tone of somber terror and heart-wrenching beauty. The album artwork is incredible. I sincerely pray to see an 'Averoigne' and 'Zothique' album in the future. Thank you Yuggoth Records for making this hidden gem available!
